Q - What happens if my package is lost?

In the rare event that your package is lost, we offer a full refund if you purchased shipping insurance at checkout.

A package is deemed lost if it is not delivered within 60 days. If this happens, you must contact us within 30 days so we can issue a refund or reship your order.
